Any discounted amount on first payment is deferred to the end of your SmartLease agreement. No rain checks or substitutions. “Today” amount does not include applicable fees or tax. Amount paid is considered a deposit – rates, fees and taxes shown during check-out are representations based on the payment method selected. A different payment may be required to better accommodate your renewal payment preferences and any overpayment will be credited to your account. Any underpayment may need to be paid prior to delivery. Customer Care Program ($3.49/week) and Liability Damage Waiver (10% of lease payment with minimum $1.50/week) are optional. If you opt out of either, any initial payment paid will be applied to your account. When choosing to Pay Store Later, initial payment is due on or before delivery. Any promotional discounts defer portion of lease period not covered by amount paid to the end of the term of the lease. All items are subject to availability. Stock items may not be immediately available in all stores. “Available To Order” is based on supplier information and is subject to supplier actual availability. ETA is an estimate and may vary depending on the brand and model. Terms, rates, or both are reduced for previously leased items based on condition. All prices are subject to change without notification. Promotional pricing as incentives or limited time opportunities may be offered for certain items during promotional time periods. Due to the time sensitive and promotional nature of these events, price protection, retroactive discounts, nor refunds for previous purchases in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering are not able to be offered. Promo Codes and site-wide promotional discounted prices are not typically available for promotionally priced items, 70″ or larger televisions, computers and game systems. Pricing errors will not be honored, and will be corrected when found without notification.
